Saint Olaf Catholic School

Admissions

† Applicants will be admitted in this order:
1. Children whose siblings are presently enrolled
2. Children of St. Olaf Parish
3. Children from other Catholic parishes
4. Children of non-Catholic families
* The principal and the pastor share authority and responsibility for admission of students.

  • Pre-Kindergarten: Must be 4 years of age on or before September 1.
  • Kindergarten: Must be 5 years of age on or before September 1.
  • First Grade: Must be 6 years of age on or before September 1, and have been in a Kindergarten program the previous year.
  • Birth Certificate and Immunization records: must be presented at the time of registration and if Catholic, a Baptisimal certificate is required.
  • Immunization records are required by Utah State Law, and a new student cannot enter school without this record.
  • New Student: A test may be required to ascertain the level of ability of each new student. Since St. Olaf Catholic School is primarily structural and academic, and because there is limited personnel, the school is not equipped to deal with students who have severe learning disabilities.
