Dear Parents,

Please read the following announcements and reminders:

*Mrs. Saccani has planned a wonderful and exciting field day for all students!  This event will take place tomorrow from 12:30-2:30.  We will have obstacle courses, rock walls, inflatable courses, face painting and more!  She will need many, many hands….parents, do you have service hours you need to fulfill?  This is your chance!!  Please go to LOTSA to sign up to help.

*From Mrs. Moffat:  A letter for unfulfilled service hours was sent home today in your brown envelope. If you have not yet completed your 30 hours or if we do not have them recorded on your brown envelope, please contact Mrs. Moffat.  EDP Bills will go home on Friday with Report Cards.  Please remit payment as soon as possible, so that we may close out our year.

*The end of year snuck up on us!  For those who applied for Fair Share Tuition, you will receive a letter both by email and snail mail by the first week in June.  If you have concerns, we will be at the school during the summer.

*Friday is 11:00 dismissal!  But, we will NOT dismiss in carline.  Please park and pick your child up in their classroom.  Then comes the FUN….all are invited to enjoy the Viking BBQ and last day celebration at the back of the school!  YUM.  Remember, there will be NO EDP on Friday…the official school day ends at 11:00.

*We will hold our Honor Roll and Viking Award presentation after Mass on Friday.

Christ, Teacher and Lord, bless all in this school as we seek to end our year with the grace You so generously provide.  We give thanks for the staff, students, and faculty, the principal, the priest, the parents and volunteers, and all who have contributed to this year of nurturing and growth.  We affirm all the positive moments of insight, of the excitement of learning, of accomplishment, of creativity, of laughter, of a sense of community.  We recognize the times of struggle, of difficult work, of misunderstanding, even of failure—we give these to You for transformation so they can become seeds of learning and bloom in fertile soil.  As we leave for the summer, may we take with us the knowledge that You will keep us in your embrace so we may rest and be restored, and so we can continue in the ongoing discovery of Your Love.  Amen.

*Saint Olaf Mission Statement:  We RISE as a community of learners continually growing as Christ-centered individuals, Responsibly, Intellectually, Spiritually, and Emotionally.

Have a wonderful summer, and God bless you all!

Mrs. Jacobs
